Easier.
"Mom...Why don't we just put our clothes on before we go to bed...That way, when we wake up, we'll already be dressed. It would be a lot easier."

Hey Dude.
Today, while shopping at Target, Porter had to go to the bathroom & he really really REALLY wanted to go into the Mens bathroom by himself. I decided to let him try it & waited for him right outside the door. When he came out, he said that no one tried to "take him" (can you tell we've had many a talk about strangers?), but that there was another guy in there that he really wanted to say something to, but didn't. When we asked him what he wanted to say to him, he said, "Hey Dude. What's going on?"

Iowa!
Porter & I decided to head down to Iowa for a few days to visit Nana & Papa. He loves going down there & it had been a while, so South we headed. Auntie Jessika made the trek down as well, so it was fun to spend some time with her too!
Porter got to get a tractor ride with Papa:
He loves the red wagon that they have & decided it needed a good wash:
Nana, Jessika & I walked downtown while Papa was at work & stopped for some ice cream along the way:
Porter got a ride on the way home:
Next up? Baseball of course!
Get him! Get him!
This pretty much sums up the game:
We can't go to Iowa without visiting the horses on campus. Porter & Papa always feed them carrots:
Since we are scheduled to break ground on our house any day now, of course we had to make a run to Home Depot to look at tile. Porter was very patient but it had been a very long day & finally he actually fell asleep in the cart. You have to be pretty tired to fall asleep in a cart:
What a fun weekend!

TARGET FIELD!
Porter went to his first Twins game today with Daddy & Bapa Robb at the brand spanking new Target Field! They made it to about the 7th inning & frankly, Porter wasn't all that impressed. He didn't like the cheering & thought the hot soft pretzels had too much salt on them...Okay, so maybe we need to wait a few years for this tradition to take off.
