The Egg Project.

There was a "mystery egg" left in Porter's Easter basket this year...Put it in water & in a few days it will crack open & hatch a "pet." Porter was OBSESSED with this "pet" & kept a close eye on this egg. Everyday he would check the progress. At one point, I was afraid he really truly thought there was a real pet inside. It turned out to be a rather disappointing little yellow chick & I think Porter was less than impressed, but checking the "status" of the egg daily was fun & it was a cool little project.
